Kerala IT is looking for building a web based application to store the database of talents available to work in the state of Kerala. As a first step towards this initiative, a very simple interface to enable the authorized clients to upload the data from a spreadsheet is being proposed. Estimate is being requested for setting up the web based interface with the requirements mentioned below:
  • The application can be accessed through internet.
  • Should be setup and a secure connection (https://)
  • The Home page should provide an option for the user to login into the application.
  • There should be an option (no need for an interface to start with) to create a user name and password for the users who can login to the system. No need for letting the user create one at this time.
  • Once the user has signed in, an option should be available to upload an excel file with a predefined format to the database attached to the website.
  • The user will have an option to view what they have uploaded under their id and will have an option to delete the entries and reload it if needed.
