As phase III expansion, Technopark is developing 92 acres of land in between the existing campus and the Second phase 86 acres. The Phase III will be developed by Technopark and an SPV Company as Special Economic Zone. In addition, land will also be allotted to IT/ITES Companies for construction of their own campuses. Special Economic Zone Status has already been granted for 27.5 acres of land. The 110KV sub-station is ready and have commenced distribution of power suppy for Phase-II Infosys buildings and temporary power required for phase III construction activities. 

CURRENT STATUS :

* Contract for the 1 million sq..ft. state-of-the-art IT/ITES building awarded L & T.  L & T has commenced work at site.  The building is expected to be ready  for occupation by August 2011.  The building is designed by a consortium of Architects - Hafeez Contractor and Iyer & Mahesh.
*  The land allotment process for IT/ITES Companies and IT infrastructure development companies is underway.
*  Land development - compound wall, internal roads, etc. in progress
*  Water supply and sewage treatment plant works in progress
