Located in Pallipuram village, Cherthala taluk of Alappuzha District . Total area of the park is 66 acres of which 60 acres has been notified as a sector specific Special Economic Zone by the Ministry of Commerce , GoI vide notification dated 8th June 2009. Master plan has been developed by Ajit associates, Architects, Kochi. Six plots each measuring 4.5 to 5 acres for IT companies and co-developers and one plot of approx. 9 acres for commercial applications have been earmarked for long term leasing .The park will have own 110 kV substation , water treatment/ storage tanks, effluent treatment plant ,power distribution facility ,internal road system / walkways ,drainage system etc. land scaping with water bodies will also be developed .

PRESENT STATUS
Infrastructure development activities are progressing fast including construction of substation, water storage tanks, Sewage treatment plant and perimeter wall around the park as per SEZ norms. Construction of the first IT building by Infoparks Kerala will commence in Jan 2010. The building will have own power receiving and distribution system, HVAC plant, Fire protection facility, data and communication connectivity, STP etc. The first 100000sq. ft will be ready for allotment by Dec2010. Infopark will be constructing a working women's hostel and child care centre with Government of India Assistance for providing accommodation for around 300 women employees working in the park
All facilities in the master plan are being implemented on Fast Track Time Line. Plots for IT/ITEs buildings will be available for leasing on long term basis with immediate effect so as to enable the entrepreneur commence construction of his facility.
Construction of sump (400 KL) and over-head tank (200 KL) has been completed as on date.
