Infopark Kochi is located in 100.86 acres of land at Kakkanad village, Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam district. Around 80 acres has been notified as an IT sector Specific Economic Zone by Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. Apart from Infopark owned infrastructure, parallel developments by co-developers such us Leela Soft, L&T Techpark and Brigade Enterprises are also taking shape in the campus. PRESENT STATUS

Athulya, the new IT building being developed by Infopark has completed its construction and is fully operational now. The entire area of 3,50,000sq.ft has been leased out to 22 IT/ITES Companies and the building has generated around 3000 employment as on date. The Building is supported with all facilities like Multipurpose Auditorium, Bank, ATMs, Stationery and Coffee Shops, Cafeteria, Health Club etc.

4-Lane link road work from Infopark to Seaport-Airport road has been completed as on date. Tender for beautification work of the road along with gate house, street lighting and pavements is in progress.
