The conference would aim to lay a roadmap for creating affordable housing in Kerala and India. It would facilitate discussions and interactions on the scope and opportunitieswith particular reference to investment,implementation, operation and management of facilities,capacity building,technologies, etc. It will also aim to strengthen the Urban Local Bodies and Municipalities to create more affordable housing projects in Kerala and also explore the PPP route
