Once completed, the Government Cyberpark and UL Cyberpark combined would provide direct employment to 25000 IT professionals. It will have facilities to accommodate  25000 middle class,  income-tax-paying -folks with a disposable income of Rs. 20000 per month. And what is more, much of it is going to be spent in and around Kozhikode !! 

That is a 600 crore leisure industry to serve.

• -Multi cuisine restaurants, traditional eating places, fast food joints, coffee shops, ice cream cafes and pubs etc
• -Resorts, bowling alleys, snooker pools, cyber cafes, gaming centres, health clubs, family recreation avenues and theme parks
• -Catering services, banquet halls, event managers and party places
• -Recruitment agencies, background check agencies, network service providers, hardware vendors, laptop repair
• -Telephone connections, digital cable network, cooking gas, electricity, solar panels, home inverters
• -Automobile dealers, workshops, car cleaning and auto accessories
• -Sports stores, music stores, travel agencies, laptop repair services, mobile phone shops, lifestyle accessories, organic shops
• -Trucks, taxis, autos, aircon buses, express trains, super luxury buses and metro rail
• -School teachers, IT trainers, household help, cleaners,security personnel, kudumbashri, chauffeurs, gardeners, plumbers
• -Highways, parking lots, flyovers, international flights, domestic flights, traffic signals, speed cameras
• -Express highway connecting airports and major cities like Bangalore, Kochi and Coimbatore
• -Metro rail connecting major locations such as HPO, Kallai, West Hill, Mankavu, Beach, Karaparamba, Palazi and Medical College
