Infopark Hosts Networking Session with British High Commission

The networking session on “Working with the UK,” organized by the British Deputy High Commission in Chennai, along with Infopark Kochi, on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, was a huge success. 40 delegates attended the event. The UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) has 96 offices all over the world, including ten in India.

 

Jamie Cribb, deputy head of Mission and head of Trade & Investment, British Deputy High Commission, delivered the keynote address on UKTI’s role in promoting bilateral trade. Aromal Jayaraj Shikky (founder of UK-based CLOUDSyS) and Abbishek Jayaraj Shikky (chief executive, KLOUDPaD) led  the session on “Real UK Experience: From Incubation to Commercialization.”

 

The delegates present at the event availed networking opportunities with the UKTI team.  The event also included sector-specific discussions a variety of topics.
